Hi, I’m Kim Parkinson, Podcast Growth Coach, creative soul, and champion of women who have a message to share with the world.

My journey here has been anything but linear. I started as the owner of a brick-and-mortar craft store, a place where women came not just to create, but to find their voice. I taught them how to release fears around art, step into their confidence, and grow through creativity. What I didn’t realize at the time was that I was practicing the same kind of work I do today, helping women be seen, heard, and supported as they bring their gifts into the world.

Now, instead of paintbrushes and journals, the tools look a little different: microphones, podcast hosts, websites, and systems. Over the years, I’ve produced and grown countless podcasts, designed websites, and supported women entrepreneurs as a virtual assistant. Each step has been rooted in the same calling: to help women stand tall in their wisdom and share their stories so they can inspire, teach, and lead.

Outside of business, I’m married to my best friend, Patrick (since 1997!). We raised two incredible sons who are now adults, finding their own paths. At home, we share life with two dogs, a cat, and about 20 chickens who keep us entertained and grounded. I love to garden, to create, and to find beauty in the simple rhythms of everyday life.

This Substack is my next evolution of sharing. A place where I’ll bring you behind the scenes of podcast growth, business visibility, and the deeper mission of amplifying women’s voices. I’ll share practical strategies, stories from my journey, and inspiration for building a business that feels aligned and expansive.
